- We may charge a fee to post content in or utilize some areas of the Service (“Paid Services”). However We do not guarantee an increase of a specified quantum in the responses received by you and any representation on the Website in this regard is merely indicative.
- Your GSTIN details are mandatory for passing on the credit of GST charged. In case you fail to provide us with your GSTIN details, we will assume that you are not registered with the GST authorities, without independently verifying your registration status.

- ENDHUM PLATFORM is not liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights arising out of materials posted on or transmitted through the site, or items advertised on the site, by end-users, or any other third parties. In case you are an owner of an Intellectual Property and want to specifically report about any counterfeit goods on our Platform and the such content will be removed in 14 days .
- You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ENDHUM PLATFORM, from damages or claims arising from your use of and access to the Platform and/or the Service; your violation of any term of these Terms; your violation of any third party right, or (iv) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.
- You acknowledge and agree that ENDHUM PLATFORM may establish limits from time to time concerning the use of the Service, including among others, the maximum number of days that Content will be maintained or retained by the Service, the maximum number and size of postings and agree that ENDHUM PLATFORM reserves the right at any time to modify, limit or discontinue the Service.
- In the event of non-compliance with these terms of use, ENDHUM PLATFORM has the right to limit or terminate your access or usage rights to the platform immediately or remove non-compliant information or both as the case may be, in accordance with the information technology (intermediary guidelines and digital media ethics code) rules, 2021.

- This agreement is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute arising out of this agreement or touching upon this agreement, the same shall be referred to arbitration of an Arbitrator appointed by ENDHUM PLATFORM and the Arbitration will be governed by the Arbitration Act for the time being in force. All the Disputes shall be subject to Jurisdiction of Kerala State, Thrissur District Courts.
